Reductil Review

Reductil is a drug that aids weight loss. Principally it is for the clinically obese, those who are overweight and those whose weight causes medical complications.

Reductil should only be used by people who have not been successful in losing sufficient weight on a low-calorie diet alone, and who have a body mass index (BMI) of 30 kg/m² or higher, or by people with a BMI of 27 kg/m² or higher with other health risk factors such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, or large waist measurement. BMI is not a direct measure of fat and these guidelines do not apply to athletes and pregnant women.

For the healthiest and most effective weight loss you should have a long term plan. In tests typical weight loss varied between 3llbs and 14llbs during a period of up to six months. Weight loss should be a gradual process, and not a quick fix.

Before taking Reductil you should review your diet so that you understand your eating patterns fully and thus you will be able to balance you newly reduced appetite.

Reductil - How To Take

There are two dosages of Reductil, 10mg and 15mg. Reductil capsules should be swallowed whole with a drink in the morning. They can be taken with or without food.

It is recommended to start with the lower dosage and only increase the dosage if you are not seeing the results you are expecting. This would be after a further consultation with your doctor. The instructions will be provided with your medication.

Should you forget to take your Reductil continue as usual. Do not take double your dosage to compensate.
